Terms

It’s no problem if you want to return an item. We offer a 14 day right of return in addition to statutory requirements. The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

– Returns are available on full priced items only.
– We must be contacted via email and the item subsequently returned to us within 14 days of the item being received by yourself.
– The item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition with original labels, tags and packaging intact.

– We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
– A copy of your payment/receipt is included with the item return.

– Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

– We offer tracked pre-paid NZ returns for $15NZD (deducted from final refund) or the option of a self-postage return at own cost. 

If you wish to return an item we appreciate you advising us as soon as possible. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving payment for any additional postage costs incurred. We highly recommend sending back your return with a track and trace option or by courier as you are responsible for the goods until they are received safely and in new, resalable condition. Once received the replacement item will be posted immediately. 

Returned items will be replaced with the correct size/colour, if this is not available a store credit will be issued to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please choose carefully, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

We go to great efforts to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending the product/s out to you. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you and will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when you received them. The item in question must be returned for an inspection, all claims for are subject to our discretion. Any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Returns & exchanges received outside the above stated time frames will not be accepted. 

Any items purchased in a sale are non refundable but can be returned for an exchange or online credit voucher within 14 days from date of receipt. Items that have been discounted 70% or more are considered final sale and are marked as such. These will not be accepted for returns of any kind unless faulty. Please choose carefully.
