Refund policy
By purchasing through our online store, you are consenting to our return policy. Please read the terms and conditions before proceeding with your order. Returns
It’s no problem if you want to return an item and we want to make things easy. We offer a 14 day right of return in addition to statutory requirements on any full priced item. We want you to find something you love, so while we do not offer refunds you can choose from an Exchange or Store Credit to the same value. Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return. You can access our Self Serve Returns and Exchanges Portal here.
The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for a return:
– We must be contacted via email and the item subsequently returned to us within 14 days of the item being received by yourself. Alternatively you may request and manage your returns via the Self Serve Returns section in your Customer Account.
– The item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition with original labels, tags and packaging intact.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear including perfume or stains.
– Please include either a copy of your payment/receipt with the item return or a note with your name and order number.
– All purchases made from the sale section and items discounted during a sale period are final sale and not eligible for return.
– We offer tracked pre-paid returns for $10 for New Zealand Orders and $40 for AU orders. Alternatively you may choose the option of a self-postage return at your own cost. The flat rate return shipping fee will be adjusted according to your country.
- If you choose to return or exchange an item, a small restocking fee will apply to cover postage and handling. This fee is either 5% of your order or up to $10 —whichever is less. This fee will be waived for exchanges on any full priced items. It you would like to return it will be deducted from your store credit.
- If you received Free Shipping the cost of this will be deducted from the return amount.
- We also offer tracked pre-paid exchanges for $10 for New Zealand Orders and $40 for AU orders. Alternatively you may include a pre-paid courier docket when you return your original item for exchange. The flat rate return shipping fee will be adjusted according to your country.
We recommend submitting your return as soon as possible to secure your preferred size as we don’t mass-produce and our production runs are limited. Returned items may be replaced with your choice of size/colour in the same style, if this is not available a store credit will be issued to the value of the item at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and exchange of the new item is subject to us receiving payment for any additional postage costs incurred. We highly recommend sending back your return with a track and trace option or by courier as you are responsible for the goods until they are received safely and in new, resalable condition.
Please allow 3 working days from the day your item is showing as delivered for your exchange to be processed. Our PO Box is cleared twice a week.

Faults
If you believe your item has a fault please contact customerservice@leedit.co with your order number and supporting photos as soon as possible.
The fault must be present at the time of delivery for your item to be deemed faulty. The item must be returned to us for inspection within 14 days of being received by you. All claims are subject to our discretion and will be assessed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Any items that appear to have been worn, washed or damaged by the customer will not be accepted as faulty.
Once your item is assessed and in the case a fault is confirmed a replacement will be sent to you. If we are unable to offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
Faulty Claims after extended time: We cannot be responsible for how items are worn, washed, cared for, or stored after delivery. Issues as a result of normal wear, washing, care methods, or natural fibre characteristics are not considered faults. This includes, but not limited to pilling in cashmere or merino (which varies naturally between garments and with use), minor colour variation between batches or natural fading over time, especially for hand-dyed or natural fibres.
Sale Items
Any items purchased during a sale are considered final sale and are non refundable. These will not be accepted for exchange or refund unless faulty. Please choose carefully.
Capsule Outfit Discounts
If you return an item from a discounted Capsule Outfit this will cancel out the discount and the full price will be applied to the item/s you keep. The remaining amount will be adjusted based on the full price, the remainder of which will be available to you as a store credit or to use on a exchange.
How to Process a Self Serve Return:
You can choose to exchange your item or return for a store credit via our Returns Portal.
How to Submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
Once your return request is approved and the product has been received, you can choose from an exchange or store credit on any Full Priced item purchased.
