Shipping Information
We ship from New Zealand and aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
During a sale period like Black Friday please allow additional time for dispatch (up to 7 working days) due to the high amount of orders received. In addition during sale periods we are unable to make amendments once an order has been placed due to the large volume received. Please double check your order is correct before proceeding to checkout.
Please provide a physical address at checkout as we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Duties & Taxes
No surprises. Duties and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout and shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis via DHL Express. Import duties and taxes are paid on your behalf at the time of shipment, so your order clears customs with no unexpected fees on delivery.
Any customs and duties charges included in your order total are paid directly to customs authorities. Should you wish make a return please note these charges cannot be recovered or refunded.
In rare cases, local customs regulations may result in additional charges outside our control. If you have questions, contact us before ordering.
We ship from New Zealand. All New Zealand orders include GST and no import duties apply.
