Whether you're looking for help with muscle recovery, to soothe skin or help sleep, our three blends are designed to support you.

Each blend uses epsom salts as a base, naturally rich in magnesium and minerals. When combined with essential oils and other actives like Colloidal Oatmeal and New Zealand Glacial Clay, our blends offer real benefits to help ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, soothe skin and aid sleep.

Recovery: Designed for post-gym soaks to ease muscle tension and soreness or general aches and pains. Blended with Eucalyptus to open the airways and invigorate the senses, Rosemary to stimulate circulation and relieve aching muscles, and Frankincense to reduce inflammation and promote deep relaxation. NZ Glacial Clay draws out impurities and mineralises the skin, while Peppermint and Manuka Leaves subtly refresh.

Soothe: A gentle blend to calm the nervous system and soothe the skin. Lavender calms and repairs, Cedarwood reduces redness and irritation, and Frankincense supports skin renewal. Colloidal Oatmeal deeply soothes and protects the skin barrier, while Calendula and Chamomile Flowers bring their anti-inflammatory and healing properties.

Sleep: A calming blend to help unwind and prepare for deep, restful sleep. Lavender eases anxiety and quiets the mind, Bergamot lifts the mood while gently sedating the nervous system, and Ylang Ylang slows the heart rate and invites calm. Pink Himalayan Salt softens the water, while delicate Rose, Lavender and Jasmine Petals complete the ritual.

Simply add half the packet to a warm bath and enjoy.  Our sample size is enough for 1-2 baths.  Add more or less depending on whether you like the scent subtle or stronger.
