Is everything on sale?
Yes! Everything will be at least 25% off, with discounts of up to 75% off storewide.
Will everything go on sale at once?
No — we do things a little differently!
Each week leading up to Black Friday, a different category will go on sale for one week before returning to full price. This gives you the opportunity to secure your favourites before Black Friday as sizes will sell out.
During Black Friday Week, everything storewide will go on sale. Remaining stock from our knitwear, swimwear, and clothing categories will return to their same sale prices for the official Black Friday Cyber Monday Weekend if they haven't already sold out.

Please note — we don’t mass produce and have limited numbers available. If there is something you've had your eye on, you may wish to purchase at full price to avoid disappointment. Full-price purchases also remain eligible for returns and exchanges.
How long will shipping take?
Instead of our usual 24-hour dispatch, please allow up to 7 working days for orders to be processed during the Black Friday period, as we expect very high demand. For Skincare items, please allow an additional 5 working days, as each product is hand-poured just for you.
Will you have any Gifts with Purchase?
Yes! Different gifts are available at different spend tiers and will be automatically added to your cart. If a gift isn't appearing in your cart, it has likely sold out and is no longer available.
Gifts may change at any time. As we are anticipating gifts to sell out, we will be introducing new gifts throughout the sale, so check back regularly as spend tiers and available gifts will change. Gifts cannot be exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash.
Can I return or exchange an item purchased in the Black Friday Sale?
All sale purchases made during this time are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange — please choose carefully.
Can I use store credit?
Yes.
Can I use rewards points?
Rewards points can only be redeemed on full-priced items.
You will still earn points on purchases made during the sale.
Do I need a discount code?
No code needed — everything will already be discounted.
Any existing discount codes will be inactive and not valid during the Black Friday Sale.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Due to the high volume of orders during this time, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your items, sizes, and details before checking out.
