FAQ
How is Le Edit Cashmere different?
Le Edit Cashmere is 100% Pure. We do not blend it with wool, acrylics, or polyester.
Pure Cashmere is superior to blends, so you get all the benefits of this natural wonder fibre: temperature regulation, moisture wicking, odour resistance, and hypoallergenic properties.
Next time you're shopping, check the tags. You'll find that many brands—even luxury ones—blend their cashmere to reduce costs. We don't.
Why is your Cashmere different Prices?
By focusing on classic styles in higher volumes, we are able to offer our best selling colourways (Coconut, Marle & Black) at a more accessible price point. Both are 100% pure cashmere and ethically sourced.
What is the Fit like?
Our cashmere is a relaxed design. Size down if you prefer a more fitted look and up if you prefer more oversized.
We also have Boyfriend Styles if you prefer an even more oversized fit.
See 'Size Notes' for the measurements of each style, or for personalised fit advice email customerservice@leedit.co
Is Le Edit Cashmere Ethical?
Our Cashmere is sourced from Inner Mongolia and is Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) Certified. The company we source from prioritises animal welfare, traditional herding practices and sustainable land management. In addition to being RWS Certified our Cashmere is OEKO-Tex & GOTSCertified, ensuring transparency and high standards throughout the supply chain.
How do you wash Cashmere?
Don't! Cashmere doesn't require frequent washing because it is naturally stain and odour resistant.
Frequent washing can damage the delicate fibres of the material, causing it to shrink, loose its softness, and wear out faster.
For the times when washing is necessary, we've created a guide on how to spot wash, hand wash, dry, store, and care for your cashmere pieces to ensure they last. Learn more on the Blog.
